Three questions are enough to pick the right window: what size fits my vehicle, how do I measure that size, and which range suits how I travel. This guide answers all three. Every window we sell is CE and ECE R43 approved, supplied with an aluminium frame, for walls from 25 to 75 mm — 2-year warranty, spare parts available for 5 years.

1. What is the largest size for my vehicle?

Only the cut-out dimension (the hole you saw in the panel) determines compatibility — it is the figure shown in every product title, as L × H (width × height). Find your van size in the table, then pick, among the available sizes, the largest dimension less than or equal to the recommended cut-out below.

Sprinter and Crafter: length naming differs — an L2H2 Sprinter/Crafter matches an L3H3 Ducato, Jumper, Boxer, Master, Movano, etc. Use the corresponding row.

Master, Movano and NV400: rear-door height is limited to 450 mm.

Indicative values: ribs and reinforcements vary with model years and conversions. The size you can actually fit is the largest flat rectangle you can draw on the panel (flat area, clear of the ribs). If you are unsure about a specific model, send us a photo of the side panel and we will check before you order.

2. How do I work that size out?

The figure in the product title is the cut-out: the rectangle to saw in the panel. The outer frame overlaps by 1.5 cm on each side — so the overall size is the cut-out + 3 cm in width and in height. That frame is what has to rest on flat metal.

  1. Find the flat area of the panel, between the ribs and reinforcements.
  2. Measure the maximum width (L max) and the maximum height (H max) of that flat rectangle — the two dimensions marked on the photo below.
  3. Subtract 3 cm each way: that is the largest cut-out your vehicle can take.
  4. Pick the largest size in the range that is less than or equal to that figure.

Measure the maximum width (L max) and maximum height (H max) of the flat area of the panel, between the reinforcement ribs. That rectangle is the largest cut-out your van can take.

Flat or curved glazing?

On a van, the side panel is not flat: it is curved, with a radius of roughly 5,000 mm. On a motorhome, a caravan or a van's rear door, the wall is flat. All our windows fit either one; the difference is in the finish.

The 5 mm are fully compensated by the Sikaflex 265 bead.
Those 5 mm are exactly the thickness of the sealant bead that both bonds and waterproofs the window. The gap is intentional, it is filled, and it is not a defect — every window fitted on a van panel works this way.

3. Range comparison

Every window we sell is CE and ECE R43 approved (fitting allowed without manufacturer sign-off in Europe, the UK and Switzerland), uses UV-treated acrylic glazing with an aluminium frame, and suits a wall thickness of 25 to 75 mm.
