Full description

Seventy-six litres in matt black, with a door you can re-hinge even after the cabinet is built. Fifty-six litres of fridge and a twenty-litre freezer at −18 °C — the largest freezer of the BCD line, in a unit that still fits under a worktop at 75 cm.

Choosing the right model

Which side should the door open? Unusually, you do not have to decide now: the hinges can be moved from one side to the other once the fridge is in place. Start with the door opening away from where you stand, and change it later if the layout moves.

Power and wiring

Straight to the 12 V or 24 V distribution box, no inverter. It draws 25 to 30 W in real use — a little over 2 A on a 12 V circuit, or roughly 50 to 60 Ah over a full day. The 57 W on the label is the compressor's maximum, reached only while it pulls the cabinet down to temperature.

Can it replace my Dometic fridge?
Yes — check the 75 × 43 × 54 cm dimensions against your cabinet; it replaces Dometic compressor fridges of similar size.

Can it run on 230 V?
Not directly: it is a native 12/24 V fridge, which is what makes it efficient on a leisure battery. On a campsite socket, plug it in through our 230V to 12V adapter.

How much battery does it use?
About 50 to 60 Ah a day on 12 V in real use.

Is it approved for a campervan conversion?
Yes — CE and ECE R10 (electromagnetic compatibility for vehicles), accepted for conversion approval in the UK (VCA) and across Europe (e.g. VASP, TÜV, ITV…), and Switzerland.
