An 85 L compressor fridge for campervans and motorhomes: 73 L of fridge plus a separate 12 L freezer. The SVR keeps the format and front panel of the Dometic fridges it replaces, so it fits an existing 63 × 47 × 54 cm cabinet.

Frequently asked questions

Can it run on 230 V?
Not directly: it is a native 12/24 V fridge, which is what makes it efficient on a leisure battery. On a campsite socket or at home, plug it in through the 230V to 12V adapter.

Is it approved for a campervan conversion?
Yes — CE and ECE R10 (electromagnetic compatibility for vehicles), accepted for conversion approval across Europe (e.g. VASP in France, TÜV in Germany, ITV in Spain), in the UK (DVLA, MOT) and in Switzerland (MFK).

How much battery does it use?
Roughly 40 to 50 Ah a day depending on outside temperature and door use, which a 100 Ah lithium battery and a 150 W solar panel cover comfortably in summer.

Can I choose which side the door opens?
Yes: pick the hinge side with the "Fixed side" option when you order, and a door-reversal kit is supplied so you can change it later if your layout changes.

Will it fit my existing Dometic-format cutout?
Yes: the 85L SVR keeps the same format and front panel as the Dometic fridge it replaces, so it slides into an existing 63 × 47 × 54 cm cabinet.
