Sika Primer 507

Since 1932, SIKA has been providing innovative solutions in industries including automotive, marine, construction, roofing, and adhesives. The Sika Primer 507 is a surface preparer designed to improve adhesion of adhesives on a wide range of substrates. Applied to a clean, dry surface free from dust and grease, it works on metals (vehicle bodywork), glass (windshields), painted surfaces, and plastics.

This next-generation primer replaces SIKA Primer 207 and complies with current standards, containing less than 0.1% diisocyanate monomers and requiring no REACH safety training.

Application:

1. Shake the bottle until the metal ball rattles, then continue shaking for 1 minute.

2. Apply a thin layer with a brush. One coat is sufficient.

3. Recommended temperature: 15–25°C.

4. Average coverage: 50 mL per m².
