The VanCurve is the push window specially made for campervans. Its curved double acrylic glazing (5000 mm radius) follows the natural rounding of the side wall. Dark tint, black aluminium frame, and a blackout blind for full darkness at night. ECE R43 approved, delivered complete with blind, mosquito net and fitting instructions.
Vehicle compatibility and dimensions
Compatible with:
- Panel vans (L1H1 → L4H3) with a curved side wall — not for flat motorhome or caravan walls
Wall thickness: 25–75 mm (extendable with longer screws).
Choosing the right size
- The size shown is the cut-out size, written width × height. A 700 × 400 window needs an opening 700 mm wide and 400 mm high. In the size selector, the option labelled “Interior dimensions (W×H mm)” is this cut-out size, not the exterior size of the window.
- The overall exterior size is 3 cm larger on each axis. The interior finishing frame sits proud of the wall and needs no extra room.

What you will need
- One tube of Sikaflex 265 per window
- Wooden battens or a wooden frame, 25 mm thick minimum (recommended on a panel van)
- A jigsaw and a cordless drill/driver
Average installation time: about 1 hour. Plan for two people to hold the window in the cut-out while screwing.

Will it follow the curve of my side wall?
That is exactly what it is made for. The 5000 mm radius follows the natural rounding of a van's side wall, where a flat window sits proud and leaves gaps.
Is it road legal?
Yes — ECE R43. It can be fitted without manufacturer approval and is accepted for conversion approval across Europe (e.g. VASP in France, TÜV in Germany, ITV in Spain), in the UK (DVLA, MOT) and in Switzerland (MFK).
How do I pick the right size?
Mark the cut-out dimensions on the panel where you want the window. If nothing obstructs that area — ribs, cables, conduit — you can fit it.

Reinforcements vary with year and model: mark the cut-out on your wall and check that no reinforcement, cable or duct crosses it. If in doubt, send us a photo and we will confirm.
Which size should I choose? The size shown (e.g. 700 × 300 mm) is the cut-out size to make in the wall – the only dimension that really matters when choosing your window.
- Cut-out: the product size (W × H, e.g. 700 × 300 mm)
- Overall external size: W + 3 cm × H + 3 cm (e.g. 730 × 330 mm)
- Inner frame with blind and fly screen: approx. W + 8 cm × H + 8 cm (e.g. 780 × 380 mm). It covers the edges of the cut-out and has no effect on it – just check that no furniture is in the way inside.
⚠️ Only the cut-out size matters for fitting – the other dimensions are rarely a constraint.
