VanLight - Push window for motorhomes and campervans

The VanLight without blind is the same bright push window, supplied with its counter-frame only. It is made for conversions that trim the opening themselves: your panels, your finish, no interior frame to work around.

Choosing the right size

• The size in the variant name is the cut-out size, written width × height. A 700 × 300 window needs an opening 700 mm wide and 300 mm high.
• Overall exterior size is 3 cm larger on each axis.
• Not sure which size fits? Send us a photo of the panel. Technical advice is free.

💡 Good to know: only the cut-out size matters when checking whether a window fits your vehicle. Your own interior trim dresses the edges of the opening and needs no extra room in the cut-out.

No interior finishing frame, no blind and no mosquito net — that is the point of this version. You can add them later with an inner frame with blind and mosquito net, in white or black.

What you will need

• One tube of Sikaflex 265 per window
• Wooden battens or a wooden frame, 25 mm thick minimum (recommended on a panel van)
• A jigsaw
• A cordless drill/driver

Average installation time: about 1 hour.

Frequently asked questions

Will it fit the curved wall of a panel van?
Yes. The reinforced aluminium counter-frame works on curved walls (panel vans) as well as flat ones (motorhomes, caravans). The small gap left on a curved wall is taken up by the Sikaflex.

Is it road legal?
Yes — ECE R43. It can be fitted without manufacturer approval across Europe, in the UK and in Switzerland, and it passes vehicle inspection in the UK (VCA) and across Europe (e.g. VASP in France, TÜV in Germany, ITV in Spain).

How do I pick the right size?
Mark the cut-out dimensions on the panel where you want the window. If nothing obstructs that area — ribs, cables, conduit — you can fit it.
