VanSlide Square - With blind and mosquito net

The VanSlide Square is the square-cornered version of our double-glazed sliding window. Its straight edges suit a squared-off panel van, the dark tint keeps the inside out of sight, and the pane slides inside the frame instead of swinging out, so nothing sticks out of the bodywork. A blackout blind completes it. Everything you need to fit it is in the box.

Choosing the right size

• The size in the product name is the cut-out size, written width × height. A 700 × 400 window needs an opening 700 mm wide and 400 mm high.
• Overall exterior size is 3 cm larger on each axis.

💡 Good to know: only the cut-out size matters when checking whether a window fits your vehicle. The interior finishing frame sits proud of the wall — it dresses the edges of the opening without needing any extra room.

• Wooden battens or a wooden frame, 25 mm thick minimum (recommended on a panel van)

Frequently asked questions

Sliding or push window: which one should I choose?
A sliding window opens without sticking out, so it is the safe choice behind a sliding door, under a ladder or along a walkway. A push window opens wider and lets in more air when it rains.

Will it fit the curved wall of a panel van?
Yes. The reinforced aluminium counter-frame works on curved walls (panel vans) as well as flat ones (motorhomes, caravans). The small gap left on a curved wall is taken up by the Sikaflex.

Is it road legal?
Yes — ECE R43. It can be fitted without manufacturer approval across Europe, in the UK and in Switzerland, and it passes vehicle inspection in the UK (VCA) and across Europe (e.g. VASP in France, TÜV in Germany, ITV in Spain).

How do I pick the right size?
Mark the cut-out dimensions on the panel where you want the window. If nothing obstructs that area — ribs, cables, conduit — you can fit it.
