Full description

The VANPOWER kit brings together the whole electrical system of a campervan: a LiFePO4 lithium battery, genuine Victron components and an optional 230V inverter. Everything is pre-sized and supplied with a detailed wiring diagram, so you can install it without any calculation, even as a beginner.

230V, depending on your appliances

No inverter: a fridge, USB and 12V are enough (you can add an inverter later)
600 W: laptop and small appliances
1000 W: one small appliance such as a mini-oven or microwave
1500 W: one powerful appliance such as a kettle (~1200 W) (314 Ah battery recommended)
2000 W: several appliances at once (coffee machine + microwave…) (314 Ah battery recommended)

To size the inverter, take the wattage of your most power-hungry 230V appliance (shown on its label) and multiply it by 1.25 to 1.5. Example: an 800 W appliance needs a 1000 to 1200 W inverter.

The inverter includes a 20A AC/DC charger and an automatic bypass: plugged into mains power (campsite, 230V hook-up), it powers your appliances and recharges the battery, with nothing to switch.

Frequently asked questions and support

Which battery should I choose?
100 Ah for weekends, 200 Ah for regular use over several days, 314 Ah for full-time van life or a powerful inverter. Check the space available with the dimensions in the table above.

Do I need 230V?
Only if you use mains appliances (coffee machine, microwave…). Otherwise choose "No 230V inverter": the Blue Smart charger still lets you charge from a mains socket, and you can add an inverter later.

What is the automatic bypass?
Plugged into mains power (campsite, 230V hook-up), the inverter powers your appliances and recharges the battery at the same time, automatically.

I need more than 2000 W (induction hob, air conditioning)?
Contact our team for a custom kit with a more powerful inverter.

Is the certification recognised abroad?
Yes. The components are ECE R10 certified, which is what conversion approval asks for across Europe (e.g. VASP in France, TÜV in Germany, ITV in Spain), in the UK (DVLA, MOT) and in Switzerland (MFK).

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to all EU countries, UK, Ireland, and Switzerland.

Where do you ship from?

All our products are shipped from our warehouses in Paris (La Courneuve and Goussainville). In which we also offer pick-up for urgent orders. None of our goods are in dropshipping or shipped from a foreign country.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days.

For France we ship with GLS.

For Europe we ship with Fedex with signature required at delivery.

Next day shipping is available on all orders.

International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.
