How it works in 4 steps

1. Record the damage and tell your insurer. Take photos of the broken window, inside and outside, and report the claim (glass cover, or theft and vandalism cover). Tape a plastic sheet over the opening to keep the rain out.
2. Measure the cut-out. Measure the opening in the wall, not the window frame: width × height in mm, the wall thickness, and the corner shape (square or rounded).
3. Request your quote. Contact us with your photos and measurements. We confirm which window fits your opening and send you a quote for your insurer.
4. Order and fit. Once your insurer agrees, order the window. It arrives complete with screws and a fitting guide; fit it yourself or with a local fitter.

Will our window fit your opening?

A replacement window only fits if its cut-out size is the same as your existing opening. A smaller window will not cover the hole, and a larger one means enlarging the opening. Frequently asked questions

Does my insurance pay for a broken campervan or caravan window?

It depends on your policy. Broken windows are usually covered under glass cover, or under theft and vandalism cover if the window was smashed in a break-in. Check your policy wording and your excess, then send your insurer our quote.

Will a new window fit the opening of my old one?

Yes, if the cut-out size is the same. Measure the opening in your wall (width × height in mm) and check it against the cut-out sizes in our range. If your size is not listed, contact us before ordering: we will tell you honestly if we have a match.

What do I need to send for a quote?

A photo of the damage, a photo of the whole window from inside and outside, the cut-out width and height in mm, the wall thickness, the corner shape (square or rounded) and your vehicle make, model and year.

Can I fit the replacement window myself?

Yes. Every window comes with its fitting guide and screws. If the frame and cut-out are unchanged, fitting a replacement takes about an hour with two people. You can also hand it to a local fitter.
