Sikaflex-552 AT is a high-performance adhesive sealant developed using Sika’s hybrid polyurethane (STP) technology. Isocyanate-free, it is specially designed for demanding bonding applications requiring durable and strong adhesion. Versatile, it is ideal for body parts and exterior assemblies subject to high stress.

Main Applications:

Ideal for mounting exterior components requiring strong adhesion
Recommended for roof extensions, spoilers, solar panels, etc.
Suitable for bonding objects onto automotive bodywork
Can be painted with most automotive paints, including water-based paints

Usage Recommendations:

Volume: 300 ml cartridge
Surface preparation: Recommended with Sika Cleaner 205 (cleaning/degreasing)
Application: Cartridge gun (manual, pneumatic, or battery-powered)
Application temperature: +5°C to +40°C
Optimal range: +15°C to +25°C
