In short: Campervan windows start at £140 for a VanLight window without its blind, or £171 with a blind. For a simple planning example, two VanShade windows at their £180 starting price, two tubes of Sikaflex and one £9 activator come to £401 before tools, timber or any other fitting costs. Your final van window cost depends on the size and model you choose.

How much do campervan windows cost?

On EuroVan’s UK site, starting prices range from £140 for a VanLight window without a blind to £252 for a VanSlide Square. These are starting prices, not a guaranteed price for every size. Check the size and current price for your van before building a budget: the range goes up to £630 for some models.

Window model Style and glazing Price
VanShade Push-out, dark tint (30%), double-glazed acrylic From £180 to £585
VanSquare Push-out, square corners, dark tint From £180 to £630
VanLight Push-out, light tint (70%) From £140 window only; from £171 with blind
VanCurve Push-out, curved glazing for curved van sides (5000 mm radius) Check the current price
VanSlide Sliding, single-glazed, dark From £180
VanSlide+ Sliding, double-glazed, light From £180
VanSlide Square Sliding, double-glazed From £252

The range includes push-out and sliding options, different tints and glazing styles. Compare the sizes as well as the starting prices: the right window is determined by your van and the cut-out you need, not just the cheapest option. Browse campervan windows or compare the push-out window range.

Most windows come with the window, an aluminium counter-frame and screws, plus an interior frame with a blackout blind and mosquito net. They also include a step-by-step fitting guide. The exception is VanLight window-only, which does not include those components; the VanLight option with a blind starts at £171. EuroVan windows are ECE R43 approved, have a 2-year warranty and spare parts available for 5 years. Free technical help is available before and after purchase, with a reply within 24 hours.

What do Sikaflex and consumables cost?

Allow one 300 ml tube of Sikaflex 265 per window. Each tube costs £16, so the adhesive comes to £32 for two windows or £64 for four. Sika Aktivator-205 (£9) is a surface primer applied before the Sikaflex; one bottle is usually enough for a set of windows. The Sikaflex Window Kit (£41) is an all-in-one alternative.

A window-and-Sikaflex pack is another option. For example, a VanShade 300 x 500 pack with Sikaflex is £222. Pack contents and price depend on the option selected, so compare the pack with buying the window and consumables separately. See the window and Sikaflex packs.

Sizes are given as cut-out width x height in millimetres. Check the cut-out before ordering, particularly if you are replacing an existing caravan or motorhome window. Measure the hole in the wall, not the visible frame of the old window. EuroVan windows fit flat walls 25–75 mm thick; if your cut-out matches an available size, the window should drop in. If the opening is slightly smaller, it can be enlarged with a jigsaw. For help matching a size, send a photo and measurements so the team can reply within 24 hours. You can also browse windows by cut-out size.

What tools and DIY time should I allow?

For a panel van, the fitting requirements include a jigsaw, drill/driver and a wooden batten frame at least 25 mm deep. You will also need the window and its fitting materials. Tool, timber and any additional equipment prices are not included in the figures below because prices vary. If you already own the tools, your cash outlay will be different from someone buying them for this job.

Allow about one hour per window with two people. That is a guide to fitting time, not a promise: preparation and careful measuring also matter. For a step-by-step overview, read how to fit a campervan window.

If you would rather use a professional, converters quote labour separately and prices vary by region and van. Ask for a quote that explains what the labour covers. No labour figure is included here.

How much does it cost to fit two or four windows?

Here are worked examples using two or four VanShade windows at the £180 starting price, one £16 tube of Sikaflex 265 per window and one £9 bottle of Sika Aktivator-205 for the set of windows. Apply the activator as a surface primer before the Sikaflex. One bottle is usually enough for a set of windows.

Example Windows Sikaflex 265 Activator option Illustrative total
Two windows 2 × £180 = £360 2 × £16 = £32 £9 £401
Four windows 4 × £180 = £720 4 × £16 = £64 £9 £793

The £41 Sikaflex Window Kit is an all-in-one alternative. Using its £41 price in place of the £9 activator in these examples, the arithmetic would be £433 for two windows (£360 + £32 + £41) and £825 for four (£720 + £64 + £41). These examples use starting prices, so a larger or different model can increase the total.

The totals exclude tools, the wooden batten frame, any extra materials and converter labour. Both example totals are over £399, so they meet EuroVan’s free UK delivery threshold. Orders under £399 have a £19.99 delivery charge. A VanShade 300 x 500 window-and-Sikaflex pack at £222 is another specific price point, but it is not the same as the two- or four-window example above.

How can I save on campervan window fitting?

Start by choosing the correct cut-out size and style, rather than paying for a window that does not suit the opening. Check the sizing information for your van and compare the full range of campervan windows. For a side panel, the maximum cut-out guide is 700 x 400 mm on L1H1, 970 x 520 mm on L2H2 and 1100 x 550 mm on L3H3/L4H3. Rear-door limits depend on the van: the guide gives 500 x 350 mm for L1H1; for L2H2 it gives 500 x 450 mm for Master, Movano and NV400, or 500 x 520 mm for Ducato, Jumper, Boxer, Sprinter and Crafter. These are maximum guide sizes, so check the exact opening and window fit before cutting.

Compare a window-and-Sikaflex pack with separate items, and check whether your order reaches £399 for free UK delivery. If you already have a jigsaw and drill/driver, that may also avoid buying tools just for the job; the potential saving depends on what you own, as tool prices are not included here. Finally, contact EuroVan with your van model and cut-out measurements before ordering if you are unsure. Confirming the size first can help avoid choosing the wrong window.
